Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 60 g chocolate (dark or milk), grated
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Delicious cold and hot, for hot summer and cold winter days

Heat the milk, chocolate, and cinnamon while stirring. Once the chocolate has melted, stir in the eggs. The chocolate is ready when it has thickened, but don’t let it boil! Now the chocolate is ready to serve. If you like, you can let it cool in the refrigerator, so it’ll taste great even in summer.
