Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g schnitzel
- 2 kohlrabi
- 6 carrots
- 1 can of corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Spice(s), as desired

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Low carb suitable
Cut the schnitzel into strips and fry them in a large pan (I use a wok). Meanwhile, cut the kohlrabi and carrots into strips and add them to the pan. Add the drained corn about 10 minutes later (otherwise it will be too soft). Cover and sauté until the vegetables are tender enough. Add the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and other spices to taste.
