Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 onions
- 1 leek(s)
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms (850 ml)
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 bunch of chives
- 6 pork schnitzels
- 500 g minced meat
- 12 slices of processed cheese
- 400 g whipped cream
- 1 package of sauce powder for cream sauce
- 1 package of sauce powder for pepper sauce
- salt and pepper
- Grease for the tray

Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Line a greased roasting pan with them. Trim the leeks and tomatoes and cut them into rings or slices. Drain the mushrooms and chop the herbs or cut them into rolls. Season the schnitzels and place them on the onions, then spread the minced meat on top. Top with the leeks, tomatoes, mushrooms, and half of the herbs. Cover everything with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C on the bottom rack for 45 minutes. Mix the cream with both sauce powders and pour over the schnitzels 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Sprinkle with the remaining herbs.
