Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 12 pork schnitzels
  • 8 onions
  • 2 jars of mushrooms, large
  • 3 cups of crème fraîche (200 g each)
  • 1 jar Miracel Whip Balance (500 g)
  • 2 cups of cream (200 g each)
  • 2 cups of yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 packs of herbs de Provence, frozen
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Party recipe

Lightly fry the schnitzels in oil and place in a large, greased baking dish. Slice the onions into rings and fry them along with the mushrooms in the schnitzel’s cooking juices, then pour over the schnitzels. Mix the crème fraîche, Miracel Wip Blance, cream, low-fat yogurt, and Provençal herbs, season with Worcestershire sauce, and pour over the schnitzels. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about one hour. Serve with fresh baguette bread or rice. This recipe is easy to prepare.
