Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g schnitzel (turkey, chicken or pork schnitzel)
- 100g Camembert(s)
- some tomatoes, dried
- Herbs of your choice
- peppercorns, pickled
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the schnitzels, pat dry, and flatten. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Roughly chop the Camembert and place in a small bowl. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, and peppercorns (to taste) and add to the cheese. Mix everything with a fork and mix into a paste. Spread the Camembert paste over the schnitzels and then fry them on the grill or in a frying pan until hot. Do not turn the schnitzels over! They will cook quickly because they are nicely flattened.
