Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g croissant pasta or any other type
- 200 g ham
- 150 g sheep’s cheese, light
- 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red + yellow
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 500 g yogurt, low-fat up to 1.8%
- 100 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper

Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the ham, feta cheese, bell peppers, and cucumber and place them in a large bowl. Open the can of mandarin oranges and add them, along with their juice, to the already chopped ingredients. Add the yogurt, apple cider vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper, and mix everything together. Add the drained, cooled pasta, mix thoroughly, and you’re done! Let the salad marinate for a while and then season to taste! For WW members following the new system, approximately 10 PP per person!
