Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 1 small apple, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- ¼ liter broth
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 4 pieces of turkey or veal escalope
- some salt
- some curry powder
- some clarified butter for frying
- Pepper from the mill
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
It’s quick and delicious
Sauté the diced onion and apple, along with the garlic cloves, in hot clarified butter. Remove the pan from the heat, season with curry powder and paprika, and deglaze with the broth. Return the pan to the heat and stir in the crème fraîche. Cut the turkey or veal escalope into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper and brown in a second pan. Add the fried strips to the curry cream sauce. Serve with tagliatelle and a green salad.
