Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 large eggs
- 0.33 large onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- some salt and pepper
- some paprika powder
- some nutmeg
- a little olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes
Grease the pan with olive oil and slowly fry the onions and ham until translucent. Meanwhile, crack the eggs and mix them with the spices and milk. Once the onions and ham are lightly browned, pour the egg mixture into the pan and slowly heat over medium heat until set. Serve once the mixture is completely set.
