Scrambled eggs with zucchini and ham

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g lean ham, diced
  • 20 g onion(s)
  • 70 g zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onion, then sauté it in the pan with the diced ham until the onions are nice and translucent. In the meantime, coarsely grate the zucchini and add it to the pan. Sauté for about 2 minutes. If you like, you can also press in some garlic. Whisk the eggs and add the milk. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary, then pour over the onion, ham, and zucchini. Let everything set and then serve on a plate. 649 kcal per serving. I like to add two slices of whole-grain bread from Sweden. Then the dish has 891 kcal per serving.
