  • 1 fish (sea bream), ready to cook
  • 1 lime(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • olive oil

Rinse the sea bream thoroughly and pat dry. Halve the lime and squeeze half of the juice. Drizzle the fish inside and out with the juice, then season with salt and pepper. Cut the garlic into thin, fine slices. Chop the parsley and spread half of it with the garlic clove inside the fish’s belly. Place the sea bream on a piece of aluminum foil and press the second garlic clove directly onto it. Spread the parsley on top, slice the other lime half, and place it on top. Drizzle the fish with oil and seal the foil into a parcel. Grill in the oven or on the coals over medium heat for 15 minutes.
