Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g peas, frozen, thawed
- 40 g avocado(s)
- 1 dashes lemon juice or lime juice
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch(s) black pepper
- some mint or coriander, fresh
- 30 g buffalo mozzarella
- 100 g wholemeal bread with whole grains
Instructions

Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Mash the peas and avocado with a fork until smooth. Season the spread with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Roughly chop the mint and stir in. Briefly toast the bread slices. Roughly tear the mozzarella. Spread the cream on the bread slices, top with the mozzarella, and garnish with a mint leaf or two. Serve with a buttermilk, quark, and banana shake. 512 kcal per serving.
