Seltzer cake mug cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup mineral water (seltzer)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp lemon peel, grated
  • 1 jar cherries or gooseberries
  • ½ package of chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and place on a baking sheet. I like to make half the batter with cherries and chocolate and the other half with gooseberries. Take half of the batter and mix each half with the different fruits. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
