Mug cakes, sheet cakes with many variations

Mix all ingredients together, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool and then decorate with, for example, a sugar glaze (milk and powdered sugar) and sprinkles. Variations to the basic batter: Chocolate cake: Mix the batter with cocoa powder. Black and white cake: Halve the batter and mix one half with cocoa, then pour alternately onto the baking sheet. Parrot cake: Divide the batter into 3-5 bowls and stir a different food coloring into each. Pour alternately onto the baking sheet. Cherry cake: Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and top with drained cherries or fresh ones (rolled in flour first).
