  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • e.g. cinnamon

perfect as a snack during a diet

First, cook the semolina pudding with the desired sweetness, as usual. Then let it cool slightly and add the desired amount of cinnamon and baking powder. Then, beat the mixture with a mixer for about 5 minutes until it reaches the consistency of buttercream. You can either eat it immediately or refrigerate it for a few hours, then it becomes a mousse. 180 kcal per serving.
