Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 30 g semolina
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Sweetener, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine milk with semolina and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add baking powder and beat with a hand mixer for 3 minutes. (This is the most important thing!!) Boil raspberries with sugar and sweetener and mash or puree. Pour the sauce over the semolina pudding. Instead of the raspberry sauce, you can also serve strawberry sauce, cinnamon and sugar, fruit salad, or Nutella. Used as a dessert, it also serves 2 people. For WW program participants: 1 serving –> 3.5 points (Sugar counts towards your daily allowance and is therefore not charged).
