Semolina soufflé

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g semolina
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk
  • 1 egg(s), of which the egg white
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil. Sprinkle in the dry semolina and stir vigorously. Cook the semolina for 3-4 minutes at speed 1. When tender, remove it from the heat. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Separate the egg. Blend the egg yolk with the prepared flambezi. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the flambezi. Transfer everything to a bowl and chill.
