Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large onions
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the onion into rings, the peppers into strips, and the tomatoes into eighths or slices. Mix the oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt together, pour over the salad, and let it sit for a while.
