Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g bacon, streaky
- 500 g turkey breast
- pepper
- Salt
- 150 g onion(s) (vegetable onions)
- Water / broth
- cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dice the bacon and fry it in a roasting pan. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper and sear it on all sides in the rendered bacon. Add the roughly chopped onions and continue to roast the meat in the preheated oven (175°C). Add water/stock to thicken the sauce. Thicken with starch if desired and bring back to a boil. Cooking time: 75-90 minutes
