Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 small cans of tangerine(s)
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 3 packs Dr. Oetker paradise cream, vanilla
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder into a cake base. Place in a round springform pan and bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C. Let cool. For the topping, combine the mandarin oranges and juice, the cream, the paradise cream, and the whipped cream stabilizer in a bowl, cover, and shake vigorously. Then spread it over the cake base and decorate with chocolate shavings.
