Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-sized apples
- 1 large Sharon fruit
- 4 tbsp cranberries, dried
- 50 ml water
- 1 dashes lime juice
- Cane sugar, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash, core, and dice the apples. Peel and dice the Sharon apples. Cook the apples with the cranberries and water in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Then season with lime juice and white cane sugar. Delicious warm or cold with sweet dishes and desserts. Or enjoy on its own.
