Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter vanilla ice cream
- 150 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g chocolate shavings
- some butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Melt the ice cream and pour it into a mixing bowl. Then, using a hand mixer, combine it with the flour, baking powder, and chocolate shavings until a smooth batter forms. Grease an ovenproof dish with a little butter and pour the batter into the dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 50 minutes.
