Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sheep’s cheese
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 125 ml cream
- 1 onion(s)
- Herbs (e.g. dill, chives, chervil, parsley), fresh
- 1 garlic, Chinese
- Salt and pepper, black, coarsely ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roughly crumble the feta cheese by hand or with a knife. Mix with the cream until smooth. Gradually add the quark, cream cheese, and the other ingredients and mix. Season with salt and coarse pepper. Pour into small soufflé dishes. Serve with grissini, baguette, or flatbread.
