Shirataki Noodle Salad with Shrimp (konjac Noodle Salad)

- 150 g Black Tiger prawns, peeled
- 1 piece Small carrots
- 10 g Fresh coriander
- 0,5 cucumber Fresh cucumber
- 150 g Bean sprouts fresh
- 50 ml Vietnamese fish sauce
- 1 piece Fresh lime
- 20 gram Sugar
- 1 toe Garlic
- 1 piece Fresh chilli
- 200 ml Water
- 280 g Konjac noodles 1 pack
- 1. Pasta salad Preparation: Carefully wash the pasta with cold water and bring the water to the boil. Add the konjak noodles to the boiling water and simmer for about 3 minutes. Stir gently with a stick. Drain the pasta and place in a bowl of cold water. Wash, clean, peel and cut the carrots into thin, fine strips. Remove the bowel from the prawns, cook and cut in half. Wash and peel cucumbers and cut into bite-sized slices. Wash the bean sprouts only with cold water. Mix the vegetables and prawns in a large bowl. Add half of the dressing and whisk well. Let everything stand for about 5 minutes. Then add the pasta, the rest of the dressing and the finely chopped coriander and carefully mix everything together. 2. Salad dressing. 1. Put the sugar in a stone mortar, chop and add the garlic, cut and core the chillies and add, pound the contents until the garlic becomes fine 2.
