Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of vanilla sugar
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
  • Vanilla sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Whisk egg yolks with sugar. Add butter, vanilla sugar, and flour to make the dough. Chill for 1 hour. Roll out the dough. Cut out stars. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
