Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g margarine
- 125 ml milk
- 4 tbsp honey
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Whisk the margarine until fluffy. Add the egg, milk, flour, and honey, and knead into a dough. Refrigerate the dough for half an hour. Then, grind the dough through a meat grinder. Place small mounds on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 225°C until golden brown. Let cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
