Shortcrust Pastry for 1 Quiche
The perfect shortcrust pastry for 1 quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour
- 125 g Diced butter
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- Using the flour, salt and butter, knead a crumbly dough and let it rest for 4 minutes.
- Now knead in the egg and cover it and let it rest for a while.
- Now it can be further processed for a quiche of your choice.
