Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour (type 405)
- 1 pinch(s) of salt (a strong pinch)
- 100 g clarified butter
- 1 egg(s), lightly whisked with the water
- 2 tsp water
Instructions

very simple preparation
Combine everything in a food processor fitted with a cutting blade and mix until a cohesive dough forms. The butter can be softened, too. Roll out on a floured surface under a layer of plastic wrap, immediately transfer to the greased pan, and then chill for about 30 minutes. Bake with your choice of topping.
