Shrimp salad with fine dressing

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g king prawns, ready to eat
  • 3 tbsp tartar sauce
  • Sambal Oelek, approx. 1 mocha spoon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp, ketchup (curry), mild
  • 3 slices of white bread
  • some dill, for garnishing
  • 3 slice(s) lemon(s) or lime, for garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the remoulade sauce, curry ketchup, salt, and sambal oelek in a small bowl. Mix the shrimp with the sauce and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Just before serving, remove the crust from the white bread, toast it, and cut it into triangles. Arrange on a plate with the shrimp salad and garnish with lemon/lime and some dill.
