Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 100 g coconut oil
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of biscuits, vegan (caramel biscuits)
  • 1 cup of espresso
  • n. B. Amaretto
  • n. B. cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 30 minutes

vegan, tastes almost like the original

Combine soy milk, coconut oil, sunflower oil, lemon juice, sugar, cream stabilizer, and vanilla sugar in a blender. Blend until a nice, creamy mixture forms. If desired, add a shot of Amaretto to the cream. Arrange the cookies in a baking dish and top with the coffee and three shot glasses (or more) of Amaretto. Spread the cream on the cookies and refrigerate overnight to allow the cream to set. Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving.
