Ingredients

  • 200 g Brunch cream cheese herbs
  • 200 g Brunch cream cheese plain
  • 4 small Babybel cheese
  • 4 Mushrooms brown
  • 50 g Jumbo shrimp
  • Chilli salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 Baguette

Instructions

  • We should have a mushroom baguette with our meal today. For this, the two types of cream cheese are mixed well and seasoned with chilli salt and pepper. Peel the leaves from the mini cheese and cut into small cubes.
  • Clean the mushrooms and dice them very finely. I still had a handful of prawns, which I then also processed. For this I filled a third of the cheese mass.
  • Now stir the mushrooms into the cheese and stir the chopped shrimp into the smaller amount. Cut the baguette into slices and coat with the various types of cheese. Bake in the preheated oven with the grill switched on at 215 ° C for about 10-12 minutes.
  • This dish is great for using leftover baguette, it is crispy and tasty after baking, and there are also various toppings for the cheese. We have had this more often with mushrooms, today with shrimp first and it was just as delicious. I can also imagine it with salami or ham.
