Side or Dinner Salad with Yogurt

- 0,5 packet Arugula
- 8 Pc. Date tomatoes
- 0,5 Pc. Onion
- 250 ml Natural yoghurt
- 125 g Feta
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- Pluck the rocket a little smaller and place in a salad bowl. Quarter and add the date tomatoes. Dice the onions and the clove of garlic and add to the lettuce and tomatoes. Crumble the feta with your fingers. Now pour the natural yoghurt over it and mix well. Possibly. add salt and pepper to taste.
- I always leave out the spices because I love the pure yogurt taste with the fresh ingredients and the salty feta is enough for me. It is best to take yogurt with 0.1% fat, it is nice and thin and has little calories.
