Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg potatoes
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 piece(s) bacon, green
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Lid places like at the village festival, for 10 pieces

Peel and finely grate the potatoes. Add the eggs and flour and mix. Add a little more flour to taste, as every potato is different, but not too much, or it will taste bad. Spread the batter thinly on a baking tray, bake, and rub the “lid” with bacon before each new oven place. The lid must be very hot, otherwise the batter will stick. Good butter or applesauce tastes great with this. Tip: You can also use a cast-iron skillet instead of a baking tray.
