Simple cake base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and make a batter. Pour the batter into a prepared pie plate. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, the base can be topped with your desired toppings.
