Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Beat the margarine, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and beat until creamy. Add the egg liqueur, flour, and baking powder to the batter and mix. Finally, add the chocolate sprinkles to the batter. Pour the batter into a loaf or bundt pan and bake at 175°C for 50 minutes.
