Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 oranges
- 2 kiwis
- 1 can pineapple
- 2 apples
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and chop the kiwi, oranges, apples, and banana. Drain the pineapple (save the juice; you can mix it with mineral water to quench your thirst), cut it into pieces, and place everything in a bowl. Mix well with honey and lemon juice. This recipe makes a nice change from eating chips or chocolate while watching TV.
