Simple Lasagna

- 900 g Cottage cheese
- 4 Cup Grated mozzarella
- 1 Cup Freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 450 g Ground beef
- 900 g Pasta sauce
- 9 Pc. Lasagne sheets
- 0,5 Cup Water
- Mix all the cheeses, the eggs and the spices together, keeping about a cup of mozzarella and half a cup of Parmesan. Fry the ground beef in a pan. Preheat the oven.
- As soon as the mince is almost done, deglaze with the pasta sauce. Which one you take is up to you. It can be a tomato and basil sauce, but tomato sauce with ricotta also goes just as well, for example.
- Now starting with the minced sauce, always layer a layer of lasagne sheets, then the cheese and then the minced sauce in a baking dish. The final layer should be the cheese mix.
- Garnish with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top and carefully pour a little water along the edges. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes at 175 ° C.
