Simple mushroom pan with garlic

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms, white or brown
  • 5 shots of cream
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • 50 g bacon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Blue cheese (to taste), if desired.
  • 3 shots of olive oil
  • 1 dash of soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with noodles, rice or just like that

Peel and finely chop the onion, and place it in a bowl. Wash and chop the mushrooms, and place it in a bowl. Peel the garlic (I like a lot of garlic, but less is fine too), cut it into small slices, and place it in a bowl. Briefly fry the bacon and onion in the oil. Add the mushrooms and pour over the olive oil. Cover the pan (if you have one) and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Reduce the heat to very low and deglaze the mushrooms with soy sauce, stir briefly, then add the cream. Add or leave on blue cheese to taste. Bring to a boil uncovered, add the garlic, and simmer for another 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from the heat immediately, otherwise the garlic will lose its flavor and become mushy. Serve as a soup or as a sauce with noodles or rice.
