Simple One Pot Pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Break the spaghetti in half and place it in a large pot. Finely dice the onion, mince the garlic, and add it to the pot along with the passata and oregano. Add the boiling vegetable stock and oil to the pot. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper.
