Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 onions
- 250 g diced ham
- 200 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 250 g cheese, grated
- 200 ml sour cream
- Milk
- salt and pepper
- Oil and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the onions. Mix the eggs, flour, and a little milk into a batter. Add the diced ham and onion, and stir in about half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish (approx. 26 cm in diameter) and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 25-30 minutes.
