Whisk together the eggs, poppy seed flour, and sugar. Add the oil, flour, and baking powder and mix. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
