Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 200 g cream
- 2 tsp vinegar, dark
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- some garlic
- some Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and dice them, then place them in a bowl with the cream and the remaining ingredients. Mix everything well, season to taste, and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
