Flatbread pizza with garlic cream cheese

Grease the pizza pan, place the flatbread in it, drizzle with a little oil, and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top/bottom heat). Spread the washed and torn lettuce on the flatbread. Remove the stems from the tomatoes, place them in slices on the lettuce, and season lightly with pepper. Halve the lower third of the spring onion, cut into rolls, and sprinkle over the tomatoes. Whisk the eggs with the cream, season with pepper and salt, and pour over the onion rolls. Spread the cream cheese in small pieces on the flatbread. Place the pizza pan in the oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the oven). Once cooked, serve the flatbread in portions on plates; add ketchup if you like.
