Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 jacket potatoes, from the previous day
  • 80 g beans, green, frozen
  • 1 cod fillet(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 slice(s) cheese, of your choice
  • Sea salt, from the mill
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Fat, for the casserole dish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) top/bottom heat. Grease a baking dish. Slice the potatoes, arrange them in the dish, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the beans loosely over the top. Place the fish on top of the beans, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with pepper. Remove the stems from the tomatoes, slice them, and arrange them evenly over the fish and beans. Season with salt and pepper. Cover everything well with the cheese slices and bake for about 20 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the oven). Delicious and juicy.
