Sivi's Bratwurst pizza with olives and pepperoni

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 servings of pizza dough
  • 1 jar olives, green with pepper filling
  • 12 Pepper, green from the jar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ pack of tomatoes (puree, from a tetra pack)
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 200 g bratwurst or Nuremberg sausages
  • basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Roll the sausage meat or Nuremberg sausages into tiny sausage balls and pre-cook them either in broth for 5 minutes or in the microwave for 2 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough (I make it easy for myself and get ready-made pizza dough from a Turkish snack bar; they have freshly made pizza dough there every day for a few cents) very thinly. Spoon the tomato puree onto the dough and spread it evenly over the dough using a sauce spoon. Then spread the sliced or shredded mozzarella (this works well in a Moulinette, by the way) on top. Finally, add the sausage balls, pepperoni, olives, and chopped garlic to the pizza and bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 10 minutes, until nice and crispy. Just before serving, sprinkle some basil leaves on the pizza. If you like, you can add a little extra flair to this pizza with Tabasco!
