Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of pork or poultry strips, approx. 500 g
- ¼ bag of green beans, frozen, approx. 250 g
- 2 packs of feta cheese, approx. 150 g each
- 2 large onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 pack of noodles, approx. 500 g, or 250 g rice
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry in oil in a pan. Finely chop some feta cheese and add it to the pan with the onions. Fry until melted. Meanwhile, cook the rice or pasta according to the package instructions. Add the shredded meat to the pan and fry until browned. Add the beans and season with salt and pepper. Fry the contents of the pan until the beans are tender. Transfer the rice or pasta to a plate and toss with the contents of the pan. Sprinkle the remaining diced feta over the dish.
