Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 3 fruit tea bags
- 1 liter of water
- 1 liter orange juice
- 3 oranges, freshly squeezed
- 3 lemons, freshly squeezed
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- e.g. clove(s)
- n. B. Rum flavor
- 3 tbsp honey or sugar (or to taste)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes
Pour hot water over the three fruit tea bags and let it steep for 8 minutes. Remove the tea bags and heat the tea with the orange juice and the freshly squeezed juices, but do not boil. Add the cinnamon sticks and cloves and let it steep for 10 minutes. Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar and refine with rum flavoring. Note: If you don’t like the fruit pulp in your punch, you can filter the punch through a fine sieve.
