Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1,000 g quark, 0.2% fat (natural or vanilla flavor)
  • 4 tbsp semolina
  • 4 eggs (3 are also sufficient)
  • Sweetener, liquid (amount equivalent to 200 g sugar)
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 lemon(s) , (squeeze juice)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Throw everything into a bowl and mix. It goes really fast. Use an 18-20 cm cake tin – be sure to line the bottom with baking paper. Pour in the mixture. If only a larger tin is available, you can increase the quantity accordingly. Chop any fruit you like, such as peaches, apricots, tangerines, or pears, and add it to the batter. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 55-60 minutes. Let it cool in the tin. Loosen the edges of the cake with the back of a knife. Tastes like a land of milk and honey.
