Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bottle of schnapps (corn)
  • 1 bottle of peach liqueur
  • ¾ liter peach juice or passion fruit juice
  • 4 cups of yogurt (peach-passion fruit yogurt, or drinking yogurt)
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

the popular original, makes about 4 1/2 liters

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, and you’re done. Please keep refrigerated and, because of the cream, don’t store it for too long. I haven’t tested how long it keeps yet; it always goes away before then. For those calorie-conscious consumers, you can also omit the cream and add a little more yogurt. If you don’t like it quite as alcoholic, you can also add a little more fruit juice.
