Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g wheat flour
  • 125 g rye flour
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • ½ pack of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Combine all dry ingredients thoroughly, make a well, and gradually add the flour mixture and water, starting in the center. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough may still stick to your fingers, so just add more flour until it forms a firm dough. Cover and let rest at room temperature for about 30-40 minutes. Then shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at approximately 200°C on the bottom rack for 45 minutes.
