Put the quark, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Then mix the semolina, baking powder and custard powder and add to the other ingredients in the bowl. Mix everything into a creamy batter.
Line a muffin tin with paper liners and use an ice cream scoop to fill the batter into the liners. I filled 22 molds with it, it always varies a bit.
Bake the small cakes in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes. Then let it stand for a while in the slightly open oven on display.
