Ingredients

  • 500 g Quark
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Semolina
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g Butter
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • Some lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C O / U heat.
  • Put the quark, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Then mix the semolina, baking powder and custard powder and add to the other ingredients in the bowl. Mix everything into a creamy batter.
  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners and use an ice cream scoop to fill the batter into the liners. I filled 22 molds with it, it always varies a bit.
  • Bake the small cakes in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes. Then let it stand for a while in the slightly open oven on display.
